The card has a background print of green stripes and pink polka dots, much resembling a watermelon. In the center, there's a boy in summer clothes eating a slice of watermelon.
The inside of the card has a tag that says "out in the sun, watermelon to eat, running around, grass under my feet, it's summertime, the sun is hot, get out and play, give it all you got". Under the tag there's a big slice of watermelon.
The envelope is a red textured cardstock.
